FREE GIVEAWAY!

Well, as I was busy making a card the other day I was thinking about how much I LOVE my edge punchers and if I love them so much I should give my current favorite one away. Off to the store I went and pulled one of the last ones off of the shelf at Heartland and purchased it to give to some lucky person! The punch is a Martha Stewart brand and is a fun butterfly punch where every other butterfly has pop up wings. I love it and it is perfect for spring which I need to appear here in Utah. (It snowed really good on Monday -boo hoo) Here is the deal, press the Home button at the top of my blog and choose your favorite card and then come back to my blog and comment on your favorite card. If you want additional chances, tell about the giveaway on your blog and send me a link through the comment area (then I get to see all of your fun blogs) and also everyone who is a follower on my blog gets an additional chance. Yeah - I am so excited, I will have to figure out my next favorite item for another giveaway. The winner will be announced next Friday, Apr. 16. Good luck my friends!
On to another item - I just made my first you tube video for my makeathomecards.com site. My husband (who was the cameraman with his Iphone) kept wanting to make it fancy and I kept saying no - I'm a real person with faults and weaknesses. (Yes, I'm heavier than I've ever been) It was exciting and frightening all at the same time. I'm sure my sisters and good friends will get a good laugh - which we all need! I have to admit, I was shocked by how old my hands looked! Better start using all that lotion I have around.

  4. Hey Teresa-
I really like the "Cherrish" card. I thought it was such a good idea to have the main card have a shape and then keep the other papers rectangular with the corner rounder. Plus, I love a scallop! (On a side note, I also really liked the Season's Greetings with the cardinal. It made me think about ways I can use some of the birds I have on my Cricut cartridge.)

Oh and I got that corner rounder when I was in Utah at Roberts. It works so much better than the Fiskers one I had purchased. Thanks for the helpful hints!
